Information we handle

When you purchase downloadable Arduino code, we use the contact details supplied at checkout, such as your email address, and payment-related identifiers and status needed to verify your purchase, provide access, send the download email, and respond to support requests. If you contact us, we also process the information you include in your message.

Payments and delivery

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. HAZI TECH uses payment status and transaction identifiers to confirm purchases; please review Stripe’s privacy policy for Stripe’s handling of payment information. Cloudflare provides website hosting, purchase records, and private download storage. Google Gmail is used to send purchase and access emails. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Why we use information

We use purchase and contact information to process orders, deliver purchased files, prevent unauthorised downloads or abuse, provide customer support, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not state here that data is used for marketing; any future marketing use would require a separate appropriate notice and, where required, consent.

Download links and security

Access emails contain a private download link intended for the purchaser. Do not share it. The current download links are designed to expire seven days after issue. We use technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain purchase and support information for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods may vary.
