Terms governing use of HAZI TECH products, services and digital purchases.

What you purchase

Paid Arduino-code listings provide the digital files described on the relevant product or project page. No physical product is included unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Check the listed hardware, libraries, and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Personal-use licence

Upon successful payment, HAZI TECH grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Arduino code in personal projects. You may not redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, or resell the code or copies of it. Commercial use is not included in this licence; contact us to discuss separate permission.

Digital delivery and access

After payment verification, the purchased ZIP is made available through a download page and an access email is sent to the email supplied at checkout. Email delivery may be delayed by mail filtering or technical issues. Download links are designed to expire seven days after issue; contact support if you need help regaining access to a valid purchase.

Refunds and support

If you cannot download the purchased code, or the code is defective, contact [email protected] with your purchase details and a description of the problem. We will attempt to resolve it. Refund requests are considered when a download problem or defect cannot be resolved through support. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed in other circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Technical requirements and responsible use

You are responsible for checking hardware compatibility, installing required software libraries, and using the code safely. Automotive lighting modifications may be subject to local laws and vehicle safety requirements; you are responsible for checking those requirements before installation or road use.

Ownership and limitations

HAZI TECH retains ownership of its code and other intellectual property. The code is provided for the described purpose, subject to any guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise compatibility with every device, configuration, or future software version.
